Insurance and FSA Information:
We are unable to bill your insurance company directly at this time. However, we are very glad to provide paper work required by most insurance company so you may submit the claim to your insurance company. Please check your insurance policy or call your insurance company to find out if acupuncture is covered. Most Missouri insurers do not cover acupuncture, they are very slower to offer this benefit.
If you have health savings account (HAS) or a flexible spending account (FSA), acupuncture is usually reimbursed. We will provide you appropriate documentation.
